Peace, calm and walking
The apartment is 48m2, and is ideal for cyclists and walkers (see http:/benvinguts.cat). Outdoor enthusiasts will find everything they need in our apartment. This apartment is situated in the small town of Linyola (2,500 inhabitants) admired for its beautiful historic centre. It is 3km from l’Estany d’Ivars I Vila-sana (a bird nature reserve, with rowing boats available for hire at weekends), 5km from the Castell del Remei winery (whose origins date back to 1780) and at 5 km of Penelles (the little village with more of 100 graffitis). You can play at Pitch & Put Urgell (10km) and go horse riding at the Lliri Blau equestrian centre (2km). Linyola is wonderful area for walking, with countless well-marked paths.

Payment
- To make the reservation 50% of the total cost must be paid into our bank account. If you prefer, you can pay in the full amount.
- If you choose to pay 50% in advance, the rest must be paid either by bank transfer on the day before your arrival, or in cash on the day of your arrival.
- Cancelations. Your money will be refunded only if the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more in advance. If you have paid the full amount, the full amount will be refunded providing the cancelation is made 15 days or more in advance. If the cancellation is made in less than 15 days, then we will refund only half of your money.
- The full amount must be paid before we give you the keys.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Having parties and making noise which disturbs the neighbours is not allowed.
- The apartment must be left clean.
- You must leave the apartment before 11.00. Arrival is from 14.00 onwards.
- We require passport details or national identity card details of all of our guests, including children, which we forward to the police.
